Private access is built around the people you invite.
Evernest currently uses authenticated workspaces and email invitations. Owners and admins decide who to invite, and invitation acceptance checks the invited email address.
- No public-sharing claim: access is managed through workspace membership
- No ownership, AI, or training-policy claim: those terms are not published in the current app
- No upload, deletion, or export promise: self-service controls are not currently available
